Terms & Conditions
Terms and conditions are standard practice for most businesses they form part of a contract that ensure parties understand their contractual rights and obligations. The following T&C’s apply to the use of Feileadh Mhor website only and by placing an order you are entering a contract and agreeing to accept these terms and conditions.
Please note that these terms and conditions can change at any time at the discretion of Feileadh Mhor. This being the case it is the customers responsibility to check these prior to purchasing any of our products and if you have any queries regarding the T&C’s please contact enquiries@feileadhmhor.scot before placing an order.
General Information
This site requires you to be at least a minimum of 18 years of age to use it, not unless you are supervised or have an agreement with a parent or guardian.
All details given to Feileadh Mhor must be correct and true when purchasing goods with all payment methods be in your own name. Anyone found falsifying details will be reported to the authorities for fraud in accordance with the law.
It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.

Feileadh Mhor reserves the right to suspend or terminate an agreement or contract at their own discretion and at any time, this includes blocking any access to the site without notice.
This would be in accordance with.
1/ Failing to make payment when it is due
2/ You breach the terms and conditions
3/ If you fail to provide any information we require within a reasonable time to check your validity.
4/ If we suspect you are involved with fraudulent activity towards Feileadh Mhor
5/ If you are deemed to be aggressive or abusive to a member of staff.
Ordering
When placing an order all information given to us has to be accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Please take care to read the description of any item prior to ordering as this could save both parties time and money, between packaging and shipping etc.
Every care is taken to describe each item/s as accurately as possible, however slight variations may occur due to the individual nature of some goods and if you are not satisfied on receipt of the goods please refer to our goods return policy.
Feileadh Mhor work on the basis that if an item is listed with one or more, it is in stock. Should an item be 0 therefore out of stock please enquire as there may be an alternative or we can advise on re stock availability.
The delivery timescales on custom made items will have to be discussed via email as they will obviously take longer to procure than stock items.
All prices listed on Feileadh Mhor are correct at the time of it being entered, however we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time. Prices listed are in pounds sterling and will need to be subject to currency conversion, which can change daily and is obviously out with our control. All prices shown also include vat/sales tax at the current UK rate.
Feileadh Mhor is not liable for any charges your credit card company or bank may make for overseas transactions. The purchaser will pay all ancillary costs over and above the price including delivery and local and regional customs duties and tariffs.
No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Feileadh Mhor until we accept your order. We will confirm the acceptance by sending you an email. This confirmation email will be sent to the email address given in your order form and will detail products ordered, payment method, cost including VAT and P&P and usual delivery times. You must check all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.
If your order has NOT been accepted, you will receive an email from us telling you the reasons why.
Payment
There are various methods of paying for goods from Feileadh Mhor, we accept most major credit & debit cards : paypal : or by direct Bank transfer to our UK account.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All transactions will be made in UK Pounds Sterling.
Feileadh Mhor is not liable for any charges your credit card company or bank may make for overseas transactions.
Feileadh Mhor does not store any credit card information when you purchase through our platform.
No goods will be dispatched until payment is received.
As we are not in control of the currency exchange rate any refund payment may alter in line with the exchange rate movement.
Delivery
The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate and can take slightly longer than expected in busy periods, but should this be the case we will notify you by email.
All items are visually inspected for any product damage prior to packaging and dispatching.
Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you want sent to an alternative address you will have to give instruction to do so.
If you have any concerns about your delivery please contact us.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.
Contract Cancellation & Returning or Exchanging an Item/s
If you have placed an order and wish to change or cancel the contract, please contact us at returns@feileadhmhor.scot as soon as possible as it might give us a chance of amending or cancelling it before it is dispatched, but obviously we cannot guarantee this as goods get processed fairly quickly. If the item/s have been dispatched you will be liable for the shipping costs.
Where the item/s have been dispatched you will have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the normal returns procedures.
To claim for a refund or exchange you must inform us within 14 days from the day you receive the goods or you will forfeit that right. This is extended to 30 days for faulty or damaged goods. Both deadlines are statuary under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Regardless of being in the UK or overseas you will have to pay the costs of sending the item/s back to us, but we will only refund the cost of standard delivery regardless if you have paid for premium or express delivery and only if the goods are faulty.
Custom made items are non-returnable. For more information, please refer to our Refunds policy.
You will be liable to any charges accrued when returning the goods to Feileadh Mhor unless the returns are a result of a fault on our side.
This applies to all goods EXCEPT those made-to-order (e.g. most tartan products and including cut fabrics) which will be refunded or exchanged only if defective or not conforming to details explicitly advertised on our site. Made-to-order items include most goods available in a large range of materials (e.g. tartans). This does not affect your legal rights.
Please note that we will refund our original shipping charges or the costs of your return (e.g. postage or re-import duties) only if the goods are in some way faulty. For other returns you will be responsible for all return costs, including any re-importation duties or other taxes.
Exchange Policy
Feileadh Mhor will be happy to exchange any item/s that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped, but a customer has to make us aware of their intention within 30 days of taking receipt of the item/s. We will then have 30 days on receiving the returned item/s to exchange or repair the said item/s. Should we be unable to repair or replace the item/s for whatever reason we will refund the cost of the returned item/s and any standard shipping costs.
Photographs or video should be taken on receipt of any item, which is damaged. This acts as evidence not only to us but any third party.
Refunds Policy
Refunds or exchanges are only given if a customer reports that they want to return a product within 14 days of receipt, with a further 14 days given to return of the goods.
If a product is found to be faulty a customer is entitled to a refund, replacement or repair as long as it is returned within 30 days of receiving it. Please note a replacement can only be given if the stock is available.
In order to claim a full refund or exchange, all goods must be returned undamaged and not having been used or worn, with the one exception of an item being tried on for size. Additionally, No labels having been removed and all items returned in the original packaging. Please package your returns carefully so no damage occurs in shipment.
Providing all goods returned are as described above a refund shall be given within 14 days of Feileadh Mhor receiving the goods.
Refunds are NOT given on items which are custom made, bespoke or made to measure because of the nature of the item/s being unique to an individual. The exception to this is not unless the item/s are defective or are not explicitly conforming to what they are described as.
Return shipping costs, import duties or other taxes will be the responsibility of the customer, not unless the goods are deemed faulty then we will honour the return costs.
We can only refund to the same credit card used for purchase unless it has expired then a refund maybe made by bank transfer or cheque in pounds sterling only.
We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as received. Shipping charges are not refundable.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IF YOU BREAK THESE CONDITIONS
You agree that if you break any of the conditions set by Feileadh Mhor, or any liabilities are incurred arising out of your use of this website, you will be responsible for the costs and expenses that we or our directors, employees, agents and suppliers incur as a result of the breach, including reasonable legal fees (if applicable).
You will remain liable if someone else uses your shopping account and/or personal information unless you can prove that such use was fraudulent.
